If you’ve forgotten to upload receipts consistently your level may be dropped. This will mean that you will earn less through client payments. You can climb up to a higher level again by sending in at least one receipt every week.

Progress up the levels is achieved by completing a demographic survey, sending receipts for consecutive weeks and ensuring Ad Detector and Usage Monitors are enabled. You can check this on the ‘progress’ page of the app.

Remember to continue submitting receipts weekly so you don't drop back down to a lower level!

Once you've reached level 2 you will earn double the amount of money through client payments than you did at level 1!

Not only will you earn 4X the amount of money through client payments than a level 1, if you submit at least 1 valid receipt every week you will receive an additional loyalty bonus every 7 weeks.
